The food was excellent. The atmosphere was wonderful. Our waitress Tyra made this a most wonderful experience. Its always enhances the dining experience when you have a waitress like Tyra. She was so friendly and personable. She explained things and answered our questions. I had hotpot at other restaurants this was topshelf. This was an overall excellent dining experience made even more spectacular by our waitress Tyra.

My first time to KPOT. Check in for a table and was told a 10 minute wait, the wait turned out to be over 30 minutes as we watched several other tables being seated who arrived after us. Once at the table the server took our drink order, 20 minutes later some of the drinks came and the rest never showed up. It was almost 35 minutes before our server came back to the table and never did ask about refills. I did ask one of the other workers about refills and we did finally get a couple of the drinks refilled. The food bar was mostly empty the entire time we were there. The next time we saw the server was at nearly one hour and that was for the check. The Air-conditioning was not working at all and it was well over 80F in the restaurant and the bathrooms were ever hotter. For $40 a person i was sadly disappointed.

Absolutely incredible experience! It was our first time trying hot pot and it truly did not disappoint! The waitress (I believe her name was Becca) was incredibly helpful and the process was stress free-plus the food was DELICIOUS. Will absolutely be returning soon!

Was a pleasant experience first time here. Only been to a hotpot once so I was little rusty. Luckily Brenda helped us out and told us how everything works. It's all very straightforward. You order items on a tablet and it comes out. Depending on if you got the hotpot or the Korean BBQ the items are based on that. You can choose to do both which has a good value as you have more options. You also get ice cream at the end for free nothing special just in a cup. Food was good everything is based on your preference and how you make it so for me it came out great. I noticed some inconsistencies when I ordered. Had a couple items that never came out at all. Wasn't a deal breaker simple error im sure. Overall Great place gets very busy during peak hours so be mindful but definitely a place to have a group with but is completely fine with just two.

Our first time at this location. Both the service and the food variety were excellent! We came in for lunch and our server, Kiki, was very friendly and nice! She was very attentive and always came around to make sure we have everything we needed. We got free ice cream for everyone and one bubble tea for free due to a special promo! Loved the sauce bar and appetizers and fruits available too! Will definitely come back again soon!
